   [T]B Gilbert Higginson | This being an accõn of Debt for the Sume [of]
                at | one thousand five hundred and forty Six
        John Jones Senr— | pounds of Tobacco Commenced by the Sd Plt
   ———————— | agst the Said Deft And wherein the Sherr of Sd County
   to whome the writt in the Sd Accõn was directed Makes return to the Court here the
   16th day of June anno Domi 1719 being the day of Return of Sd writt En:
   dorst Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf.
           Where^uponthe afd Plt not liveing in this County Edward Mitchell of Kent
   County Gent —— present here in Court undertakes for the payment of
   Costs and Charges to the Sd Deft in the accõn afd. provided the Sd Deft Shall
   appear and answer unto the Sd Plt in the accõn afd. and the Sd Plt Shall be
   Non Suit therein
                And Whereupon at the prayr. of the Plt by his attorney afd. the
   Deft. is adjudged to give Special Baile to the accõn afd. and that the Sherf of Sd
   County keep the Sd Deft. in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special Baile
   as afd.
        Kent County Maryland Ss. John Jones Senior of Kent County
   Planter als Dics John Jones Ser of the County of Kent in the province
   of Maryland Planter was Summoned to answer unto Gilbert Hig
   ginson of a plea that her render him the full & Just Sume of one thousand
   five hundred forty Six pounds of good Sound Cleare dry tobacco Cleare of
   all ground Leafe and Trash in Cask of the value of fifteen pounds Sterling
                                                                                                     money
