   discharges the Same Recognizance’s each of them~
                                                the first day of Apl Last
   Joseph Read being bound by the afd Justice^ as an Evid.e ag.st the afd Jos
   Wright in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg. and to appeare at this Court. to
   who did appeare in his prper person ordered by ye Cort. that his Recognizance be discharged
   give Evidence as afd. ^ The afd Recognizance is by this Court discharged .
    William Ashley being bound at the Same time afd viz the fourth day of
   Aprill last ag.st the Same The afd Wm Ashley in his proper person apprs
                                                                            being in ye Sume of five pds Sterlg
   to the Same ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance^ be
   discharged This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance ——
    Francis Reed being bound as afd the fourth day Sep.r Last as an Evide.
   against the Same in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg. for his appearance to
   this Court. And the afd Francis in his proper person appears to the Same
    ordered by the Court here that his Recoge. be discharged This Court here .
   discharges the Same Recognizance
    Wm Woodland Wm Ashley and Francis Reed as Evides. Sworn and Sent to
   the Grand Jury
     Mary Clarke Sworn as afd
     Benj.n Clouds Acknowledges a Conveyance for two hundred and -
   fifty Acres fo Land being a tract of Land called Plain dealing to Solomon
   Parsons
      Grand Jury returns a presentmt. against Sarah Nicholson for having
   a base born Child Consents that forme not Substance may be altered —
   also one ag.st Tabitha Tanner for having a base born Child Consents .
   that forme not Substance may be altered ——
   Eliza. Buly daughtr. John Buly decd. bound by Indenture to John Taylor
   and Ann his wife She being Eight years old the twenty fourth day of
   May last they to learn her house[hold?] work and to give her Cloaths at the
   Expiration— The Same Indenture acknowledged in open Court —
           Court Adjourns till tomorrow morning eight Clock
