      Att A Court held for Kent County at the Court house on Chester
   River in the Town of Chester in Said County on the Sixteenth day
   of June and Continued the Seventeenth Eighteenth Nineteenth and
   Twentieth days of June in the fourth year of the Dominion of Charles
   absolute Lord and Proprietarie of the Province of Maryland and
   Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &ca. Anno Domi 1719

   Mr Simon Wilmer high Sherf of Said County returns the Panell
   of the orphan Jury as folls vizt.

   Hanson Edward Davis Ricahrd Staggs Henry Knock James Thomas —
   Philip Carril John Davis John Woodall Thomas Winn Joseph Reed
   which Said Jury being Sworn as an orphant Jury the Court gives them
   a Charge who with draw
      The orphan Jury returns and delivers a presentmt. agst a certain
   Charles Miles for keeping an orphant of this County without victuals & Cloaths
   vizt Eliza. White daughter Robert White decd— And Consents that forme
   not touching Substance may be altered .
     Samuel Parsons of Queen Anns County having two apprentis’s bound
   to him by this Court belonging to this County and by obligation oblidged
   himself (at every June Court) to performe their Indentures viz Abigall Parsons
   and Nicholas Parsons the afd Samuel with ye Said two apprentus’s.
   appears and nothing being offered agst. him the Court gives liberty for
   him to return with the Said apprentis’s &ca.
      M.r David Macbride produceth a Commission (from Thomas —
   Borley Esqr. Attorney Generall) to be Clarke of the Indictments for this
   County The Same being read is ordered to be Sworn and take the Oath
   of Allegiancy and Supremacy And the Oath of abjuration and the Oath of
   Clarke of the Indictments and also Signes the Oath of Abjuration and Test.
