   George Sanders | &ca. To the Sherf of Kent County greeting wee Command

you that you take the body of George Sanders if he Shall
   be found in your Bailywick & him Safe keep So that you have his body before
   the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town~
   of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next to Satisfie unto
   William Frisby as well the Same of twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco —
   which was Condemned in the hands of the afd George Sanders as the Rights
   and Credits of a Certain John Moore of Kent County Weaver alis Dics Jno Moore
   of Said County Wevr before the Justices of our Said Court on the Twentieth day
   of March Annoq Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen
   whereof the afd George Saunders was Convict as appears upon Record as .
   also forty Six pounds of Tobacco Cost arrissing on this precept hereof faile not
   at your perill and have you then and there his writ witness Nathaniel
   Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Twenty Second day of Novembr
   in the fourth Year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. Anno Dom 1718

   att which Court viz the Seventeenth day of March the Same year last mention:
  :ed the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Sd
   County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz
   Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf——
   Wm Frisby | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
           at | twenty Second day of November in the fourth Year
   Walter King | of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca That he take Walter

King of Kent County Planter if he Should be found in
   his bailywick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Sd
   Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town
   of Chester in Said County to answer unto William Frisby late Sheriff of Kent
   County of a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he have then and there the
   Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt. the Seventeenth day of March
   the Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon
   Wilmer Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these
   words thereon endorsed as folls vizt Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf
    and now at the Said Court the afd Deft being called^cameAnd the afd Plt by .
   Thomas Bowne his attry prays that the Said Deft might give Special bail
   to the afd Accõn which was granted And that he be kept in Safe Custody by
   the Sherf of Said County untill he Shall give Special baile as afd
   After Which John Ward and William Elliott both of Said County here in—
   Court cometh and they Joyntly and Severally acknowledge themselves
   Special baile in the afd Accõn and they and either of them do undertake the
   payment of the Damages in the Accon afd and Cost thereon accruing if it
