                        Anne Arundel County to wit
                I hereby Certify That                          Esqr
before whom the annexed affidavit was made and who
has thereto signed his name was at the time of so doing one
of the State of Marylands Justices of the Peace in and for Anne
Arundel County are by Commissioned and Sworn
                                              In Testimony whereof I hereto set
                                              My name and affix the seal of the
                                              Circuit Court for anne arundel County
                                              the seventeenth day of September
                                              Eighteen hundred and Sixty four
