George Jacobs A A County State of Maryland
do hereby in consideration of said enlistment
manumit set free and release the above named
Robert Stare from all service due me his freedom
to commence from the 31st day of March 1864 the
date of his enlistment as aforesaid in the 30th
Regiment of Colored Troops in the service of the
United States         Witness my hand and seal this
29th day of August 1865

of Service
          Whereas my slave Alonzo Price has
enlisted in the service of the United States now
in consideration thereof I Mary E Hayden of
Anne Arundel County State of Maryland do
hereby in consideration of said enlistment
manumit set free and release the above named
Alonza Price from all service due me his freedom
to commence from the                  the date of
his enlistment as aforesaid in the
Regiment of Colored Troops in the service of the
United States      Witness my hand and seal
