565 alias Philip Thomas Cross Williams aged about fourteen years my negro boy Charles alias Charles Jordon aged about nine years my negro girl Henrietta alias Henrietta Chase aged about seven years and my negro boy Samuel alias Samuel Chase aged about eighteen months all of which said negroes are of healthy constitution sound in bodys and mind and capable by labour to procure to them sufficient food and raiment with other requisite neceassaries of life except the girl Henrietta alias Henrietta Chase and the boy Samuel alias Samuel Chase and their mother the aforesaid Ann alias Ann Chase hath agree to keep and maintain until they shall be able to provide for themselves also my man Aaron alias Aaron Green aged about twenty nine years In testimony whereof I the said Thomas Cross have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this twenty first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five Witness Basil Owings Caleb P.
