specified to wit, my negro Girl named Janny aged eight
years and six months to be free on the twenty fifth ^twenty sixth^ day
of December eighteen hundred and twenty nine and the
issue of the aforesaid female (if any) and the issue
of such issue to be free at twenty seven years of age
Hereby declaring and acknowledging the said negro
girl Janny as aforesaid free and forever discharged
from all claim or service right or property whatsoever
from me or any claiming under me my heirs
executors administrators or assigns from and after
the twenty sixth day of december eighteen hundred
and twenty nine and the issue of the afores.d
female (if any) and the issue of such issue
to be free at twenty seven years of age as
specified in the aforegoing manumission
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty
sixth day of June eighteen hundred and
ten
signed sealed & delivered      Nicholas J. Watkins   (seal)
    in presence of
    Gideon White            on the back of the
    Jno Mallonee             aforegoing deed was
    Francis White            thus endorsed to wit

on the twenty Sixth day of June eighteen hundred
and ten personally appeared before me the subscriber
a Justice of the peace for ann arundel county
Nicholas J Watkins party to the within Instrument
of writing who acknowledged the same to be
his act and deed and the signature and seal
thereto annexed to be respectively his
