53 negro boy named Abraham aged about fourteen years when he shall arrive at the age of twenty five years which will be on the twenty fifth of December Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and Ten and my negro boy named Henry aged about four years when he shall arrive at the age of twenty five years which will be on the twenty fifth day of December Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and twenty and do for myself my Executors and Administrators release unto the said Joe, Milly, Moses, Abraham & Henry all my right and all claim whatsoever as to their person or to any Estate they may acquire hereby Declaring the said Joe, Milly, Moses, Abraham and Henry after the above Terms respectively specified absolutely free without any interruption from me or any person claiming under me In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine Sealed & Delivered Eleanor Harrison (Seal) in the presents of Tho.s Norris of Thos Mary Norris On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Vizt Ann Arundel County to wit On the fourteenth day of September 1799 Eleanor Harrison personally appeared before the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the county aforesaid & acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be her Act and Deed according to Law 11 Acknowledged before Recorded 16th September 1799 Ja.s Disney |
