State of Maryland anne arundel county to wit
I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern
that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof negro woman Betsey
Philips aged thirty seven years height five
feet four inches complexion yellowish
is a free woman and that the said
negro woman Betsey Philips was raised in
anne arundel county Maryland
       Issued 7.th aug.t 1807


State of Maryland    anne arundel county
Sc.t  I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer negro Priscilla Parker aged
forty two years height five feet five
inches complexion dark has a scar on the
left side of her neck is a free woman
and that the said Priscilla Parker
was raised in anne arundel county Maryland
    Issued 7.th day of Augt 1807
