Anne Arundel County Court Certificates of Freedom, 1831-1844

Ann Parker
 proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Mary Ann Parker aged about twenty years
about four feet Eleven Inches high dark Complexion
has a small scar in the left eye brow was free
born, and that she was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 10 day of april 1832




Eleanor Wright
     Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit:
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Eleanor Wright aged about thirty five years
about five feet two inches high dark complexion
has lost the second finger of the left hand and has
a small scar on the forehead is one of the persons
manumitted by Joseph Selby by deed dated the
fifth day of January in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and ninety two and
that she was raised in the county aforesaid
    Issued the 14.th day of April 1832




Patience Morrison
     Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit:
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Patience Morrison aged about thirty one
years about four feet Eleven inches high dark
complexion has a scar on the left shoulder is
one of the persons manumitted by Joseph Selby
by deed dated the fifth day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and ninety two and that she was raised in the
County aforesaid
    Issued the 14.th day of April 1832
