forty years about five feet two Inches high
dark complexion has a scar over the left eye and
another on the back of the right hand is one of
the persons manumitted by Charles Waters by
deed dated the tenth day of June in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
twelve and that she was raised in the County
aforesaid

hath been proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof named David Cross aged about
Forty five years about five feet three Inches
high very light Complexion has a small scar
on the left Corner of the mouth with long dark
hair is the Identical person who obtained
his freedom by Judgment in Anne Arundel
County Court against William Black at
october Term Eighteen hundred and thirty
seven, and that he was raised in the County
aforesaid
