Smith aged about twenty seven
three years about five
feet three and a half Inches high brown complexion
has a scar upon the calf of the right leg is the
Identical person who obtained his freedom by
Judgment in Anne Arundel County Court against John
W Burke at October Term Eighteen hundred and
thirty four, and that he was raised in the County
aforesaid
Issued the 8th day of July 1837

to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Nancy
Ennis aged about thirty seven years about five feet
nine and a half Inches high dark Complexion has a
small scar on the right arm, and one on the right
shoulder is the Identical person who obtained her
freedom by Judgment in Anne Arundel County Court
against Thomas Allein in October Term Eighteen
hundred and thirty five, and that she was raised
in the County aforesaid

dark Complexion has a small scar in the right eye
brow and also on two of the toes on the left foot is
the Identical person who obtained his freedom by
Judgment in Anne Arundel County Court against
Thomas Allein at October Term 1835 and that
he was raised in the County aforesaid
