Robert Thornton
 been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof named Robert Thornton aged about
forty years about five feet seven Inches high
light Complexion has a scar on the left cheek
near the eye is one of the persons manumitted
by Michael Dorsey and others by deed dated
the thirty first day of october in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seventeen
and that he was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 28 day of January 1835




Charles Dorsey
     Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne
Arundel County Court do hereby Certify that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer
hereof named Charles Dorsey aged about
twenty four years about five feet six Inches high
brown complexion has a large scar on the back
of the left hand was free born and that he
was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 3d day of February 1835




Harriet Jacob
     Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green, Clerk of
Anne Arundel County Court do hereby certify
that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof named Harriet Jacob aged
about seventeen years about five feet high black
Complexion has a scar on the forehead one
over the right eye and another on the right
Cheek, was free born and that she was raised
in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 5.th day of March 1835
