by Thomas Cross by deed dated the first day of
November in the year of our Lord one thousand
Eight hundred and thirty three and that she was raised
in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 4th day of November 1833




John Williams
     Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel County
Court do hereby Certify that it hath been proved
to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof named
John Williams aged about Eight years
about four feet three inches high black
complexion has a small scar in the forehead
is one of the persons manumitted by Thomas
Cross by deed dated the first day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and thirty three, and that he was
raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 4th day of November 1833




Joseph Williams
     Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer
hereof named Joseph Williams aged about
six years about three feet six inches high black
complexion has no perceptible mark is one of the
persons manumitted by Thomas Cross by deed dated
the first day of november in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirty
three and that He was raised in the
County aforesaid
    Issued the 4th day of november 1833
