County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named
Cornelius Emmerson aged about Eighteen years about
five feet five & a half inches high black complexion
has a small scar in the forehead was free born
and that he was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 29th day of may 1832

named John Emmerson aged about twenty one
years about five feet Eight inches high black
complexion has a scar on his right arm one on
the back of the left hand and another on the left
leg, was free born and that he was raised in
the County aforesaid

proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof
named Jerry Allen aged about twenty four years
about five feet six inches high black complexion
has a small scar near the left ear and another on the left
thumb is one of the persons manumitted by Elizabeth
& Hester Hood by deed dated the second day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and twenty two and that he was raised in the
County aforesaid
