7 mentioned in Jerningham Drurys deed of manumission executed on the third day of February seventeen hundred and ninety seven and that the said James was raised in Anne arundel County aforesaid Issued the 16.th day of April 1811 Maryland Anne Arundel County sc.t I hereby certify to all whom it may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man called Jerry Pepper about seventy three years old five feet three inches high of a dark complexion and very much pock marked in the face is the same person manumitted by David Robinson on the twenty fifth day of January seventeen hundred and ninety one and that the said Jerry Pepper was raised in the aforesaid County Issued the 22.d day of April 1811 Maryland Anne Arundel County sc. I hereby certify to all whom it may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a man called Richard Kyer of a dark complexion about seventeen years old, five feet six inches high was born free and that the said Richard Kyer was raised in Anne Arundel County aforesaid Issued the 25.th day of April 1811 Maryland Anne Arundel County sc. I hereby certify to all whom it may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Mary Folks a bright mulatto aged about twenty three years about five feet three inches high is the same person named in a deed of manumission executed by Mary Ridout Samuel Ridout and Horatio Ridout on the 7.th day of |
