Anne Arundel County Court Certificates of Freedom, 1810-1831

Charles Parker aged about twenty two years
about six feet one inch high of a brown complexion
with two scars upon the left arm was free born
and that the said Charles Parker was raised in
the County aforesaid
Issued the 29th day of August 1815


State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc.
        I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a negro man named
Gabriel Queen aged about nineteen years about
five feet eight an half inches high of a dark
complexion with a small scar on the forehead
was free born and that the said Gabriel Queen
was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 9th day of September 1815



State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc
        I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man
named Solomon Brogden aged about twenty one
years about five feet ten inches high of a dark
complexion was free born and that the said
Solomon Brogden was raised in the County
aforesaid
Issued the 14.th day of September 1815
