State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc
        I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or
may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man
named William Watkins aged about twenty four
years about five feet six and an half Inches
high of a brown complexion with the little finger
of both hands a little crooked at the first joint
was free born; and that the said William Watkins
was raised in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 27th day of July 1815


State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc
        I hereby certify to all whom it doth or
may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman
named Elizabeth Mitchell aged about twenty five
years about five feet one Inch high of a brown
complexion, no perceptible mark is the same
person manumitted by John Brice by deed dated
the twenty fifth day of July in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifteen,
and that the said woman named Elizabeth
Mitchell was raised in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 5.th day of August 1815



    State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc.  I hereby
certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a
negro man named James Fisher aged about twenty one
years about five feet seven Inches and a half high of
a brown complexion with a small scar over the left eye
and another on the right cheek bone, was free born; and
that the said negro man James Fisher was raised in the
County aforesaid
       Issued the 7th day of August 1815
       Vide folio 55 for old Certificate which having been proved
to be lost the above Certificate granted
