Anne Arundel County Court Certificates of Freedom, 1810-1831

    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit:
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court, do hereby Certify, that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof,
named Henrietta Parker aged about seventeen years
about four feet Eleven Inches high, brown Complexion
has no perceptible mark, was free born, and that she
was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 2d day of July 1831



    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit:
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne
Arundel County Court Do hereby Certify, that it
hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof named Rachel Johnson aged about thirty
one years about five feet one Inch high black
Complexion has a scar on the right arm is one of
the persons manumitted by Dennis H Battee by
deed dated the twenty Eighth day of november in
the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and twenty six, and that she was raised in the
County aforesaid
    Issued the 13th day of July 1831



    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit:
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify, that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Harriett Boston aged about twenty three years
about five feet four Inches high dark Complexion
has a small scar on the left cheek bone was free born
and that she was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 19th day of July 1831
