thousand Eight hundred and twenty six and
that he was raised in the County aforesaid
             Issued the 8th day of May 1830


Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify, that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Charles Hodge aged about forty seven years
about five feet nine inches high black complexion
has a scar on the right side of the neck is one of the
persons manumitted by Robert Welch of Ben by
deed dated the Eighteenth day of July in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty
six and that he was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 8th day of May 1830


Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Bill Urquhart aged about Eighteen
years about five feet six inches high brown
complexion has a scar on the right eye is one of
the persons manumitted by Robert Welch of Ben
by deed dated the Eighteenth day of July in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty
six and that he was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 8th day of May 1830
