    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or
may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Sandy
aged about Twenty three years about five feet
four Inches high, black Complexion has a
small scar on the right hand was free born
and raised in the County aforesaid
         In Testimony whereof I hereto set my
name and affix the seal of Ann A Ct
    Issued the 1st day of may 1827


    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I hereby Certify to all whom it doth
or may Concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Mahala
Scott aged about Twenty three years about five
feet high black Complexion no perceptible
mark was free born and raised in the
County aforesaid
    Issued the 1 day of may 1827


    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit
              I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or
may Concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof named James
Dennis aged about twenty five years about five
feet one Inches high Complexion a dark
mulatto has two small scars in the forehead
over the right eye is one of the persons manumitted
by Sarah Norris by deed dated the second day
of august in the year of our Lord one thousand
