of the persons manumitted by John Reid by deed dated the fifth day of January seventeen hundred and twenty three, that her freedom Commenced on the fourth day of January one thousand Eight hundred and two and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 17th day of march 1827 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Lucy aged about Eighteen years about five feet six Inches high black Complexion a small scar upon the left wrist was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 17th day of march 1827 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may Concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Maria aged about Twenty years about five feet five Inches high black Complexion no perceptible mark was free born, and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 17th day of march 1827 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Ann aged |
