Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Frederick Parker aged about twenty two years about five feet five Inches high black Complexion a small scar over the right eye was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 13th day of april 1825 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Anthony aged thirty nine years about five feet Eight and an half Inches high brown Complexion a small scar on the upper lip and another on the under lip is one of the persons manumitted by David Weems by deed dated the Eighth day of September in the year Eighteen hundred and three, and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21 april 1825 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Jacob aged about Thirty six years about five feet nine Inches high dark Complexion a small scar on the under lip, another on the left cheek and has lost a part of the left ear is one of the persons manumitted by Anne Kelly by deed dated the fourth day of may eighteen hundred and twenty and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 3d day of may 1825 |
