three years about five feet Eleven Inches high black
Complexion has a scar under the right eye, was
free born and raised in the County aforesaid
          Issued the 13th day of July 1824


    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit
               I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or
may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Benjamin
Brown aged about thirty years, about five feet
six and an half Inches high brown Complexion
has a small scar over the left eye is the Identical
person who recovered his freedom at September Term
1813 by Petition in Anne Arundel County Court
against Samuel Maccubbin and that he was
raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 31st day of July 1824


    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit
               I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a negro woman named
Jenny Drummer aged about Thirty five years about
five feet three and an half Inches high dark
complexion has a scar upon the left arm is one
of the persons manumitted by John Hoskin Stone
by deed dated the Eighteenth day of September in
the year Eighteen hundred and four, and that
she was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 10th day of August 1824

       Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit
                   I hereby Certify to all whom it doth
