yellowish Complexion and was freed by the said nuncupative will of the
said Rachel M Harrison dated on the             day of September 1826 was
raised in Anne Arundel County and has no perceptible scar or mark
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
                        the seal of my office this 29th day of October in the
        (seal)        year of our Lord 1828

I Thomas T Simmons Register of wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and
testament of Jane Woodward late of the County aforesaid deceased
that she did by her said will manumit Liberate and set free a
negro woman by the name of Pheby and it being proved to my
satisfaction that she is the identical person as freed by said will
I do Certify that she is in height five feet two inches & a half is
about the age of forty five years Dark Complexion and was freed
by the last will and testament of the said Jane Woodward
dated on the 30th day of may 1813 was raised in Anne Arundel
county and has a scar on her right arm
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and
                affixed the seal of my office this 11th day of
    (seal)    November in the year of our Lord 1828

Arundel County Do hereby Certify and attest that it
appears from the last will and Testament of Samuel
Gardiner late of the County aforesaid deceased that he
did by his said will manumit liberate and set free
a negro woman by the name of Sophia and it being
proved to my satisfaction that she is the identical
person as freed by said will I do Certify that he is in
height five feet one and quarter inches is about
the age of twenty three years Dark Complexion and
was freed by the last will and testament of the said
Samuel Gardiner on the seventeenth thirty day of September
eighteen hundred and nineteen was raised in Anne
