will and Testament of the said Frances Yates dated the 13th
day of June 1803 was raised in Anne Arundel County and has no perceivable mark In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this 1st day of may in the year of our Lord 1827 I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Zachariah Pumphrey late of the county aforesaid that he did by his said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman by the name of Esther and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the Identical person as freed by said will I do Certify that she is in heighth five feet Eleven inches is about the age of Twenty years yellow Complexion and was freed by the last will and testament of the said Zachariah Pumphrey dated the 10th day of October 1806 was raised in Anne Arundel County has no perceivable mark In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this 5th Day of may in the year of our Lord 1827 Tho.s H Hall Reg wills A A I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Richard Merriken late of said county deceased that he did by his said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Jacob and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the identical person as freed by said will I do Certify that he is in heighth five feet seven inches and a quarter of an inch is about the age of thirty Eight years Darkish Complexion and was freed by the last will and Testament of the said Richard Merriken dated 29th day of July 1814 was raised in Anne Arundel County and has no perceivable mark In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this 8th day of may in the year of our Lord 1827 I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and testament of Susanna Pitts late of the County aforesaid deceased that she did by her said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Dick and it being proved to my |
