I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Sarah Cord late of Anne Arundel County Deceased that she did by her last said will Manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of David and it being proved to my satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed by said will I do Certify that he is in height five feet nine inches and one quarter of an inch is about the age of thirty years Dark Complexion and was raised freed by the last will and Testament of the said Sarah Cord Dated on the 10th Day of September 1824 was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a mark just by the left eye and one on his left hand In Testimony whereof I have hereto subscribe my name and affix the seal of my office this 19th Day of April in the year of our Lord 1826 Thos H Hall Regr Wills A A Cty I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Thomas Boone late of the County aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman by the name of Hagar and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the Identical person as freed by said will I do Certify that she is in heighth Five feet one Inch and a quarter is about the age of Thirty five years Dark Complexion and was freed by the last will and Testament of the said Thomas Boone dated sixteenth day of December 1800 was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the right side of her neck and one on her left arm In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this 7th day of July in the year of our Lord 1826 Thos H Hall Regr Wills A A Cy I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Elizabeth Lloyd late of the County aforesaid deceased that she did by her said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman by the name of Charlotte Wilks (now Frost) and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the identical person |
