I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Col
Rezin Hammond late of the County aforesaid deceased that he did by his
said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman by the name of
Rachel and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the Identical
person as freed by said will I do Certify that she is in heighth Five
feet one Inch and three quarters of an Inch is about the age of Thirty
Three years light Complexion and was freed by the last will and
Testament of the said Col Rezin Hammond dated the 10th day of July
1808 was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar in the palm
of her left hand
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
                    the seal of my office this 18th day of October 1825

Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Benjamin
Ward late of the County aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Thomas and it being
proved to my satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed by said
will I do Certify that he is in heighth five feet three Inches and a quarter of
an Inch is about the age of Twenty Three years Dark Complexion and
was freed by the last will and Testament of the said Benjamin Ward dated
the Eighth day of February Eighteen hundred and fifteen was raised in
Anne Arundel County and has a scar above his right eye
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the
                            seal of my office this third day of December Eighteen
    (seal)                hundred and twenty five

Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of
Sarah Warfield late of the County aforesaid deceased that she did by her
said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman by the name
of Maria and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the Identical
person as freed by said will I do Certify that she is in heighth five feet
four Inches is about the age of Twenty Three years yellow Complexion
and was freed by the last will and Testament of the said Sarah Warfield
dated the 21st day of December Eighteen hundred and Twenty four was
raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on her forehead
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal
                    of my office this seventeenth day of December in the year of our
                    Lord Eighteen hundred and Twenty five
