I Thomas H. Hall register of wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and
Testament of John Henry Maccubbin late of the County aforesaid
deceased that he did by his said will manumit Liberate and
set free a negro woman by the name of Mary and it being
proved to my satisfaction that she is the Identical person
as freed by said will I do Certify that she is in heighth five
feet one Inch and three quarters of an Inch is about the age
of twenty nine years Dark Complexion and was freed by the
last will and Testament of the said John Henry Maccubbin
dated the 21st Day of October 1803 was raised in Anne Arundel
County and has a scar on her right arm
   In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and
                     affixed the seal of my office this 16th day
                     of June 1825


I Thomas H. Hall register of wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last will
and Testament of Rezin Hammond late of the County aforesaid
deceased that he did by his said will manumit Liberate and
set free a negro man by the name of Jason and it being
proved to my satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed
by said will I do Certify that she is in heighth five feet eleven
Inches is about the age of thirty years black Complexion
and was freed by the last will and Testament of the said
Rezin Hammond dated the tenth day of July 1808 was raised
in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on his chin and
a scar just above the left eye
       In Testimony that the foregoing is true I hereto set my
                            hand and affix the seal of my office
                            this 23d June 1825

I Thomas H. Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of
Frances Yates late of the County aforesaid deceased that she did by
her said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by
the name of William and it being proved to my satisfaction that
he is the Identical person as freed by said will I do Certify that
he is in heighth five feet one Inch and a quarter of an Inch is
about the age of Twenty three years black Complexion and was
freed by the last will and Testament of the said frances Yates
on the 13th day of July 1803 was raised in Anne Arundel County
and has a scar on his write hand and two marks on his left
arm
