    I Benja  E Gantt Register Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last
will and testament of Susannah Beard late of the County
aforesaid deceased that she did by her said will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro Girl by the name of Amelia
daughter of Ann and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by
said will  I do certify that she is in height 5 feet
3 Inches dark Complexion and about the age of 24 years
& was freed by the last Will and testament of Susanna
Beard dated 9 March 1821 has a mark on the back
of right hand

will and testament of Joseph G Harrison late of Said County
decesed that he did by his said will manumit Liberate and
set free a negro man by the name of Major and it being
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the
Identical person as freed by said will I do certify that
he is in height five feet five & ¾ Inches light complexion
