and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
is the Identical person as freed by said Will  I do certify
that she is in height five feet one inch dark Complexion and
was freed by the Last Will and testament of Jeremiah T
Chase dated 6 day of December 1823 is about the age of
thirty One & has a scar on the first finger of the left hand

        I Benjamin  E Gantt Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from
the last will and testament of Jeremiah T Chase late of
the county aforesaid deceased that he did by his said
Will manumit Liberate and set free a negro Girl by
the name of Kitty and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by
said Will  I do Certify that she is in height four feet
& Eleven inches dark Complexion and was freed by
the Last Will and testament of Jeremiah T Chase
dated 6 Dec.r 1823. (about thirty one years of age) has a
mark on Left thumb

do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the
last will and testament of William H Woodfield
late of the county aforesaid deceased that he did by
his said Will manumit Liberate and set free a negro
Boy by the name of Wesley and it being proved to
my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical
person as freed by said Will  I do certify that he
is in height 5 feet 5¼ Inches dark complexion
about the age of 24 years and was freed by the last
Will and testament of William H Woodfield dated
5 day November 1838 has no mark perceptible
                                        Issued 22 August 1850
