        I Benjamin E Gantt Register of Wills for Anne
Arundel County hereby certify and attest that it appears
from the last Will and testament of Richard Wells late
of said county deceased that he did by his said
will manumit Liberate and set free a negro Boy by the name
of Tom and it being proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said will 
I do certify that he is in height five feet four & half
inches Dark Complexion and was freed by the last
Will and testament of Richard Wells dated 23 June
1826 has a mark on the back of his right hand
                                Issued 3 day of January 1850

        I Benjamin  E Gantt Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County hereby certify and attest that it appears from the
last will and testament of Elizabeth Ashpaw late of Anne
Arundel County deceased that she did by her said Will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of William
Howard and it being proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said Will 
I do certify that he is in height five feet Six Inches
is about the age of twenty one years dark Complexion and
was freed by the last Will and testament of the said
Elizabeth Ashpaw dated 27 Oct 1846
                                            Issued the 5 March 1850
                                            Benja E Gantt Rgr Wills A A Cty

        I Benjamin  E Gantt Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County hereby certify and attest that it appears from the
last will and testament of Elizabeth Ashpaw late of
said county deceased that she did by her said
Will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman
by the name of Jane Howard and it being proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical person
as freed by said Will  I do certify that she is five feet
Two inches in height dark Complexion about the of
33 years and was freed by the last Will and testament
of the said Elizabeth Ashpaw dated 27 Oct 1846
                                        Issued the 5 March 1850
                                           Benja E Gantt Rgr Wills A A Cty
