        I Benja  E Gantt Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and
testament of Jeremiah T Chase late of the county aforesaid deceased
that he did by his said Will manumit Liberate and set free
a negro Girl by the Name of Rosetta Adams and it being
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical
person as freed by said will  I do certify that she
is in height five feet dark Complexion and was freed
by the Last Will and testament of the said Jeremiah
T Chase dated 21 Decr 1823 has a mark on the left
wrist
                                            Issued the 20 day of May 1847

        I hereby certify that it appears from the Last
Will and testament of Araminta Harrison that she
did by her said Will manumit Liberate and set free her
negro by the name of Louisa and it being proved to
my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical
person as freed by said Will  I do certify that
she is in height 5 feet 3½ Inches Light complexion and was
freed by the Last Will and testament of Araminta
Harrison dated 7 May 1817
                                            Issued 22 June 1847

        I hereby certify that it appears from the last
Will and testament of William Brown of Ben that he
did by his said Will manumit Liberate and set free
a negro man by the name of Stephen and it being
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
is the Identical person as freed by said Will  I do
hereby certify that he is in height 5 feet 1¾ inches
dark complexion was raised in A A Cty about
the age of 38 years & was freed by the Last Will
and testament of William Brown of Ben dated
day May 1832 Lame in his left Leg
                                        Issued 2 August 1847
                                        Benja E Gantt Rgr
