            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Rezin Hammond
late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, Manumit, Liberate
and Set Free, a negro boy by the name of William and it being proved to my
satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will;  I do
certify that he is in height five feet seven inches, is about the age of thirty years,
dark complexion, and was Freed by the last Will and testament of the said Rezin Hammond
dated the Tenth day of January Eighteen hundred and Eight was raised in Anne Arundel
County and has two scars across his breast
                                            Issued the 24.th day of October 1837

            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and testament of Mordecai Gosnell
late of the said County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, manumit, Liberate
and Set Free, a negro woman by the name of Hagar and it being proved to my
satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will.
I do certify that she is in height four feet Eleven inches, is about the age of forty two
years, dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and testament of the said
Mordecai Gosnell dated the tenth day of July Eighteen hundred and thirty six
was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a small scar above the left eye
                                            Issued the 18.th day of November 1837

            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify
and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Ephraim Duvall late of the
County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, Manumit, Liberate and Set Free, a
negro boy by the name of Robert and it being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer
hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will, I do certify that he is in height five
feet 4½ inches, is about the age of thirty one years, dark complexion, is about the age of
thirty one years and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Ephraim
Duvall dated the twenty fifth day of March Eighteen hundred and Seven, was
raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar under his left ear
                                            Issued the 19.th day of December 1837

            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify
and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Benjamin Ward late of the
County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, Manumit, Liberate and Set Free, a negro boy
by the name of Samuel Butler and it being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is
the identical person as Freed by said Will.   I do certify that he is in height five feet three inches,
is about the age of twenty four years, dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and
Testament of the said Benjamin Ward dated the Eighth day of February Eighteen hundred
and fifteen was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the left cheek bone
                                            Issued the 23.rd day of December 1837
                                                   Sam.l Brown Jun Reg Wills A A County



            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of William Hammond
late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, Manumit, Liberate and
set free, a negro boy by the name of William Cassel and it being proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said Will, I do certify
