and Testament of the said Rezin Hammond dated the Tenth day of July Eighteen hundred and eight and was raised in Anne Arundel County, and has a part of the right big toe cut off Issued 27.th April 1836 Sam.l Brown Jun Reg Wills A. A. County I Sam.l Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and testament of Rezin Hammond late of the county aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, Manumit, Liberate and set Free, a negro boy by the name of Daniel and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said will. I do Certify that he is in height five feet seven inches, is about the age of thirty two years, very dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and testament of the said Rezin Hammond dated the Tenth day of July Eighteen hundred and eight and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the left wrist Issued the 28th April 1836 Sam.l Brown Jun Reg Wills A. A. County I Sam.l Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Sally Gaither late of the county aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her said Will, manumit, Liberate and set free, a negro Girl by the name of Caroline and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will. I do certify that she is in height five feet four inches, is about the age of twenty four years, mulatto complexion, and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Sally Gaither dated the Eighteenth day of December eighteen hundred and fifteen and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the right side of her forehead Issued the 17th day of June 1836 Sam.l Brown Jun Reg Wills A. A. County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Sally Gaither late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her said Will, manumit, Liberate and set free, a negro girl by the name of Fanny and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said Will. I do certify that he is in height five feet six inches, is about the age of twenty one years, dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Sally Gaither dated the Eighteenth day of December Eighteen hundred and fifteen and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has several scars on her right arm below the Elbow and a scar on her left wrist Issued the 17th day of June 1836 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A. A. County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will & Testament of Nicholas Hollaway late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will manumit Liberate and set Free, a Negro Boy by the name of Nace and it being proved to my Satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will I do Certify that he is in height five feet five inches is about the age of twenty five years, Black complexion and was freed by the Last Will & Testament of the said Nicholas Hallway dated the day of |
