Charles Blackistone and it being proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by said Will, I do hereby certify that he is in height four feet seven & ½ inches is about the age of Eleven years, dark complexion, and was freed by the Last Will and Testament of the said Lewis Neth dated the Fourth day of October Eighteen hundred and thirty two and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the right temple and one on the Joint of the middle finger of the right hand Issued the fourth day of June 1833 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A A County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will & Testament of Lewis Neth late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will Manumit Liberate and set free a negro boy by the name of John Blackistone and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said Will, I do hereby that he is in height four feet & an half inch is about the age of Nine years, dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Lewis Neth dated the Fourth day of October Eighteen hundred and thirty two and was raised in Anne Arundel County Issued the fourth day of June 1833 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A A County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will & Testament of Lewis Neth late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will Manumit Liberate and set free a negro boy by the name of James Blackistone and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by said Will, I do Certify that he is in height four feet is about the age of Nine years, dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Lewis Neth dated the Fourth day of October Eighteen hundred and Thirty two and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on his forehead Issued the Fourth day of June 1833 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A A County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Lewis Neth late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will Manumit Liberate and set free a negro boy by the name of Smith Spencer and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by said person Will, I do certify that he is in height two feet eleven half inches is about the age of two years, dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Lewis Neth dated the fourth day of October Eighteen hundred and thirty two and was raised |
