County Court do certify that it has been
proven to my satisfaction that the
Bearer hereof named Julia Ann
aged twenty one years about five
feet two and a half inches in height of
brown complexion was born free and
that she was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 21.st day of May 1847








Margaret Baldwin
                            No 191

I Joseph H Nicholson Clerk of Anne
Arundel County Court do certify
that it has been proven to my
satisfaction that the Bearer
hereof named Margaret Baldwin
aged about eighteen years about four
feet nine inches in height of light
complexion was born free and that
she was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 24 day of May 1847







Charles Ward

I Joseph H Nicholson Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do certify that it has been
proven to my satisfaction that the
Bearer hereof named Charles Ward aged
about twenty six years about five feet seven
inches in height of light complexion is
one of the persons named in a deed of manumission
executed by Lucy Harwood
on the tenth day of March 1823 and that
he was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 27.th day of May 1847
