                      Anne Arundel County Sct

I Joseph H Nicholson Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do certify that it has been
proved to my satisfaction that the
Bearer hereof named Flora Bordly aged
about thirty eight years about five feet
five inches in height of black complexion
was manumitted by Henry Hammond
on the 28.th day of May 1828 and that she
was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 22.nd day of April 1846










John M Diggs

                           Anne Arundel County Sc

  I Joseph H Nicholson Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do certify that it has been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof named John M. Diggs aged about
twenty three years about five feet three inches
in height of light complexion was born free
and that he was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 23.rd day of April 1846
