George G Latchford
          to
George Latchford Sr
Know all Men by these presents that I George G
Latchford of Anne Arundl County and state of
Maryland for and in consideration of the sum
of three hundred dollars lawful money of
the United States in hand paid by George
Latchford Sr of Baltimore County and State of Maryland at or
before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and
by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said George
Latchford his executors administrators and assigns 2 water coolers
2 Beureuws 2 centre 1 maghogany & one Dining Tables 1 Doz cane
seat ½ Doz office & ½ Doz com chairs 1 maghogany 2 Toilet 1 Large
Guilt looking Glasses 2 Double & 1 single Shuck mattresses 1 maghogany
Sofa 1 high maple & 3 low maple Bedsteads 2 settees 1 maghogany
writing Desk 6 venetian Blinds 1 Glass case 1 large Cooking & Bar
Stove & Cooking utensils 3 Feather beds & beding 1 passaage 1 Globe
& 1 side Lamp 1 side board 2 Guilt & 1 maghogany engravings 2
mantle ornaments 3 wash stands 60 yds Carpeting & 1 matt 1 Bay mare
and colt 1 cow Bar Fixtures Decanters Tumblers &c1 clock 1 chafing
dish & Twirien & Kitchen Furniture 1 carryall & gears, To Have and
To Hold the said described personal property To the said George
Latchford his executors administrators and assigns forever and he
the said George G Latchford for himself hs heirs executors and
administrators the said personal property unto the said George
Latchford his executors administrators and assigns against him
the said Geo G Latchford his Executors and administrators and
against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall
and will warrant and forever defend by these presents   In
Witness whereoff I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th
day of April Eighteen hundred and fifty
Signed Sealed and delivered
    in the presence of                  Geo G. Latchford   (seal)
Witness   James Mewburn

Be it remembered that on this 15th day of April 1850 before the
Subscriber a Justice of the peace of the Anne Arundle County
personally appeared George G. Latchford of Anne Arundle County
and acknowledged the above Instrument of writing to be his act
and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof
Acknowledged and sworn Before
                                                 James Mewburn

Anne Arundel County To wit   I certify that the grantee in
this Bill of Sale this day paid one dollar being the duty
