the aforesaid crops of wheat and tobacco unto the said Thomas P Hall &
son their executors administrators or assigns in trust to sell the said
crops and the proceeds of sale thereof after payment of all expenses to apply
to the payment of the monies so as aforesaid due from me to the said
Thomas J. Hall & son and all the costs and expenses which he may incur
by reason securing the payment of the same and the residue if any to
pay over to me or to my order.  And I do hereby covenant and agree with
the said Thomas J. Hall & son that I will at my own proper cost and charge
cultivate and read said crop of wheat and will strip and pack said crop of
tobacco and with all convenient despatch prepare the said crops for
market and ship the same to the City of Baltimore consigned to the
said Thomas J. Hall & son or to their order or assigns for the purpose of sale
as aforesaid
                   In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and this
twenty second day of April in the year eighteen hundred and forty five

    At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

    State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit

    On this 22.nd day of April eighteen hundred and forty five before me the
Subscriber a justice of the peace in and for said County personally appeared
the above named George W. Nutwell party grantor to the foregoing
Instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be his act and
deed and I further certify that I know of my own knowledge the said
George W. Nutwell to be the identical person named and described as
and professing to be party grantor to said instrument of writing
Recorded the 22.nd day of April 1845                  W.m Glover

    Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Noble Stockett of
Anne Arundel County in the State of Maryland for and in consideration
of the sum of three hundred and sixty dollars current money to me in hand
paid by George E Stockett of Prince Georges County and State aforesaid
at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt
whereof I the said Thos Noble Stockett do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto
the said George E. Stockett his executors administrators and assigns
all the goods and chattels following to wit all my crop of tobacco now
hanging in the House and all my crop of corn of the growth of the
year 1844 now in my corn house all and singular which said goods and
chattels are now in the possession of the said Thos. Nobel Stockett
To Have and to Hold all and singular the said goods and chattels and
