Consideration of twenty seven hundred dollars which sum will more fully appear
by reference to the Bond or notes of the said Benja E Jones a part of which Bonds or note
are now in the hands of John R Claytor of the above named County and state or his certain
Attorney and a part of the said Bonds in the hands of Sellman & Crooke or his attorney
of Baltimore City and the Balance in the hands of Samuel Drury of the Same
County and state as above Stands bound unto the said WIlliam G Jones his Executors
administrators and assigns in the abovenamed sum of twenty seven hundred dollars
Current money with a condition there under written for the payment of the above
named Sum with the legal interest for the Same as by the said Bond and
Condition may more fully appear now this Indenture witnesseth that the said
Benjamin E Jones in Consideration of the said debt or sum of twenty seven
hundred dollars owing to the said William G Jones as aforesaid and for the better
securing the payment thereof with interest to the said William G Jones his Executors
administrators or assigns hath granted bargained and sold release and Confirm
And by these presents doth grant bargain and sell release and Confirm unto the said
William G Jones his heirs and assigns all the property in the Schedule hereunto
annexed that is to say one Dark Brown filly about three years old one Sorrel
Colt about Two years old one Brindle Cow one red cow one red calf one clock
five feather Beds and Covering pillers & Bolsters five Bedsteads 1 Doz chairs two
tables one Bureau one Carpet & rug 1 sett china one doz knives & forks one doz
plates ½ doz silver tea Spoons one Stove three pair andirons one fire fender one
Shovel & Tongs one wash Stand four pitchers 6 bowls and all the rest of
household furniture and being now in a certain messuage or tenement situate
the Village of Bristol and in the same County and state as above and now in
the occupation of the said Benjamin E Jones and also all the Interest right
title and claim of the said Benj E Jones  Books of accounts and also the
Said Benjamin E Jones interest right title and claim to the stock of goods wares
Crockery ware ploughs nails &.c and the said Benja E Jones interest of the above
Stock of goods is about one thousand dollars more or less  To have and To hold
all and singular the said goods household Stuff and furniture and all
the before named property to the said William G Jones his heirs and assigns
forever to his and their own use and behoof provided always and it is the
true intent and meaning of these presents and of the said parties hereunto
that if the said Benjamin E Jones his heirs Executors or administrators do and
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William G Jones his
