And whereas the said Catharine Lizear in consideration
of the sum of two thousand and five
hundred dollars current money hath agreed
to assign all and singular the said slaves live stock
goods chattels and personal effects named mentioned
and described in said Bill of Sale together
with all the issue and increase of said slaves
and live stock produced since the date of
said Bill of sale to the said party of the second
part their heirs and assigns forever; now
this indenture witnesseth that the said
Catharine Lizear in consideration of the sum
of two thousand five hundred dollars
current money to her in hand paid by the
said Margaret Ann Shipley, Joseph A. Lizear
Joanna E. Lizear and Sarah R. Lizear
before the sealing and delivery hereof the
receipt of which the said Catharine Lizear
doth hereby acknowledge and herself
therewith to be fully satisfied contented
and paid; Hath granted bargained sold
assigned transferred and made over and
by these presents doth grant bargain
sell assign transfer and make over to
the said Margaret Ann shipley Joseph
A. Lizear Joanna E. Lizear and Sarah R.
Lizear their heirs and assigns forever
all and each of the servants or slaves
live stock goods chattels and personal
effects particularly named mentioned and
described in the said Bill of sale herein
refered to together with all and singular
the increase and issue of the said servants
slaves and live stock produced
since the date of the aforesaid bill of sale
and each and every of them; To Have
and To Hold the said slaves live stock
goods chattels and personal effects herein
before mentioned to be granted bargained
sold and transferred assigned made
over and delivered unto the said Margaret
Ann shipley Joseph Alexander Lizear
Joanna E. Lizear and sarah R. Lizear
their heirs and assigns to the only proper
use and benefit of the said Margaret Ann
