Be it remembered That on this twenty second day of March 1860 before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace for said City of Baltimore appeared Charles J Richardson and acknowledged the foregoing Instrument of Writing to be his act and deed And now at the same time before me personally appeared also George E Richardson the within named bargainee and made oath in due form of law that the consideration set forth in the foregoing Bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth Danl E Myers J P State of Maryland baltimore City Sct.
