late William McGiddegen in the sum of one hundred and
twenty six dollars upon single Bill it being the cost of the
Bay Gelding and Buffaloe Cow mentioned and described
in the aforegoing Bill of Sale the said property being purchased
by the said McGiddegen at the sale of the said administrator
of the late Wm McGiddegen and now conveyed to
secure the payment of the purchase money as above mentioned

a bright mulatto aged about 17 years her freedom to commence
from the date of these presents Witness my hand
and seal this Twelfth day of March in the year one
thousand eight hundred and sixty

purposes therein named  In Testimony Whereof I hereto
