428 late William McGiddegen in the sum of one hundred and twenty six dollars upon single Bill it being the cost of the Bay Gelding and Buffaloe Cow mentioned and described in the aforegoing Bill of Sale the said property being purchased by the said McGiddegen at the sale of the said administrator of the late Wm McGiddegen and now conveyed to secure the payment of the purchase money as above mentioned Sworn to before Alfred C. Hearn Received to be recorded on the 13th day of March 1860 at 12 oclk M same day recorded and Examined per W W Watkins
from the date of these presents Witness my hand and seal this Twelfth day of March in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty Witness Samuel Nichols Eleanor B.
