any part of said property or any other property which may hereafter
be acquired by said corporation in as full and effectual
a manner as any person or body corporate may or can do.
4.  That all acts and deeds of the said corporation shall be signed
by the President in behalf of the corporation and sealed with
the corporate seal and all deeds for the conveyance of any lands
and tenements of the corporation which by the laws of the land
ought to be acknowledged and recorded shall be signed and
sealed as aforesaid and shall also be acknowledged in the
firm by the President as such in behalf of the corporation and
all acts or deeds of the said body corporation so authenticated shall
be deemed valid.
5.th  That all meetings of the corporation the minister having the pastoral
charge for the time being shall be the President and in
case of the absence or death of the minister the lay members
of the corporation may appoint one of their own body President
pro tempore, who shall have all the authority and privileges of a
President during such absence or in case of death until the
appointment of another minister
6.  That the powers and authorities hereby given or intended to
be given to the Trustees aforesaid or their successors shall not
be understood, taken or construed in any wise to prohibit
prevent or take from the minister or ministers of the Church
for the time being duly authorized and appointed agreeably
to the dicipline of the said Church as aforesaid the use and
enjoyment of the Church that now dose or ^of^ any that
^shall^ may in further belong to the said Corporation but
that the same shall be and continue thereafter to be
had used and enjoyed by them as heretofore and
by other ministers and Preachers duly authorized by
the discipline of said church as aforesaid with the
consent of the minister who shall have the patoral charged
as aforesaid for the time being and by no other person or
persons whatever unless by particular licens and consent
of a majority of two thirds of the Trustees regurally
convened for the purpose.
7.  That the powers and authorities hereby given or intended
to be given to the Trustees aforesaid or their successors
shall not be understood taken or construed in any wise
to interfere with the economy of the Church in the
current receipts and disbursments of the current and
usual expenses of the Church but it is hereby determined
and expressly declared that the current receipts
and the current disbursements of the funds of the
church shall be under the control and sale management
of these persons who may from time to time be
