causes and considerations them thereunto moving have and each of them hath according to their several and respective rights, interests and powers liberated manumitted and set free and by these presents do and each of them doth according to such their several rights, interests and powers liberate manumit and from slavery and bondage set free negro woman Louisa Nelson aged about thirty eight years and negro woman Mary Ann Nelson aged about thirty six years both sound and healthy and capable by work and labor of gaining a sufficient livelihood and maintenance; hereby declaring the said negro woman Louisa and Mary Ann to be henceforth free manumitted and discharged of and from all and all manner of service and servitude whatsoever to the said Jeremiah Ducker John Nelson Harriet Nelson, Cassy Nelson, Caroline Nelson, Nicholas R. Nelson and Henry D. Nelson or to any or either of them. In witness whereof the said Jeremiah Ducker, John Nelson, Harriet Nelson, Cassy Nelson, Caroline Nelson, Nicholas R. Nelson and Henry D.
