The condition of the abouve obligation is such that if the abouve bound Robert ^L.^ Ewing shall well and faithfully execute the office of constable in the first Election District in Howard county in all things appertaining thereto and shall also well and truly account for all Moneys placed in his hands for collection and shall also well and truly pay all sums of Money received by him agreeable to an act of the general assembly passed at November session Eighteen Hundred and nine entitled an act relating to constables bonds and shall well and truly account for all money which he shall receive on judgments and shall well and truly pay over the same and shall faithfully perform all acts which he shall perform in virtue of his office in the said county in the state of Maryland then the abouve obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue signed sealed and delivered Robert L.
