                On this eighteenth day of september
in the year eighteen hundred and fifty
five personally appeared before me the
subscriber E. A. Talbott & N. C. Brooks
above subscribing Witnesses and proved
according to law that the said William
H. Worthington seth W. Warfield
James D. Cook Charles Timanus & Charles
G. Haslup obligors in the aforegoing bond
did sign seal and execute the same
Given under my hand and seal on the day

day ordered to be recorded by the clerk of the
circuit court for Howard county according

unto the state of maryland in the full
and just sum of thirteen thousand
three hundred and thirty three dollars
and thirty three and a third cents current
money to be paid to the said state
of maryland to the which payment well
and truly to be made and done we bind
ourselves our and each of our heirs executors
and administrators jointly and
