(b)     A contract, lease, or other arrangement made under this section may be for
any term not exceeding [5] 10 years and for the consideration that the Administration
determines.

(c)     The Administration may not authorize any person:

(i) To operate the airport or facility other than as a public airport or
facility; or

(2) To make any contract, lease, or other arrangement in the operation of
the airport or facility that the Administration itself could not make under § 5-408 of this
subtitle.

8-710.

(a) Each applicant for a license or the renewal of a license under this part shall
pay [to the Administration] an annual fee ESTABLISHED BY THE
ADMINISTRATION, based on the number of outdoor sign structures [, as follows:

(1)     Ten or less structures - $25;

(2)     Eleven to 50 structures - $100; and

(3)     Over 50 structures - $350].

8-718.

(a) Each applicant for a permit or the renewal of a permit under this part shall
pay [to the Administration] an annual fee ESTABLISHED BY THE
ADMINISTRATION, based as to each outdoor sign on the area of its advertising surface
[, as follows:

(1)     200 square feet or less - $5;

(2)     More than 200 but not more than 400 square feet - $8;

(3)     More than 400 but not more than 700 square feet - $10; and

(4)     More than 700 but not more than 1,000 square feet - $17.50].
8-805.

(a)     Each applicant for a license or the renewal of a license under this subtitle
shall pay [to the Administration] an annual fee [of $100] ESTABLISHED BY THE
ADMINISTRATION.

(b)     If a license is issued in any month after December, the fee for that license
shall be prorated according to the number of months, including the month of its issuance,
that remain in the license year.
